Tara Hadley, Business Productivity Advisor for Microsoft Corporation, assists New England business customers looking for ways to get the most out of the Office System they already own. Tara works closely with New England businesses on everything from bringing mobility solutions to their workforce to improving day-to-day collaboration with their existing software solutions. She focuses on business topics in key areas like portals, organizational collaboration and knowledge management, leveraging data to enhance decision making, and implementing technologies to streamline traditional paper-based processes. Tara is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a concentration in Information Systems. Her background includes years of work helping to bring technology to the web and mobile devices.

David Goldstein - Principal - Knowledge Management Solutions

David Goldstein is a co-founder of Knowledge Management Associates. For more than 20 years, David has been a widely quoted expert in business intelligence and knowledge management systems. David was a professor in the information systems area at the Harvard Business School, the Sloan School at MIT, and the Boston University School of Management. David holds a B.Sc. degree from McGill University, S.M. and M.E. degrees from Harvard University and a Ph.D. from M.I.T.

In his role with KMA, David has worked with a number of New England companies looking for ways to leverage business data to improve organizational effectiveness and decision making. David has spoken at a number of industry forums, academic roundtables and seminars in New England.
